On Thursday, May 30, 2024, École Secondaire de la Seigneurie held its prestigious Gala du Mérite, an evening dedicated to recognizing students who have distinguished themselves through their excellent grades and exemplary behavior. The evening was enhanced by the work of our team of technicians, who provided high-quality audiovisual production, transforming the event into a memorable spectacle.
Impeccable technical staging
Our team of technicians was hard at work, meticulously preparing for the event in our warehouse with particular attention to detail. Here is an overview of their achievements:
- Sound equipment setup: Technicians installed high-performance speakers, wireless microphones, and a sophisticated mixing console to ensure optimal sound quality, allowing every speech and musical performance to be heard with perfect clarity.
- Stage lighting: The lighting atmosphere was carefully designed with LED projectors, spotlights, and programmed lighting effects to enhance every moment of the gala. The lighting played a crucial role in highlighting the award winners and the various artistic performances.
- Video equipment: A camera, operated by the P.S.O. team, captured every moment of the gala. These images were broadcast live on a 16-foot-long giant screen, allowing all spectators to fully enjoy the show, even those seated at the back of the hall.
- Curtain installation: Curtains were installed in the gymnasium to create a magnificent backdrop and visual contrast.
A touching tribute to the graduates
The following Friday, the school paid tribute to the graduates, marking the end of their academic journey with a moving ceremony and the traditional mortar toss. This tribute, captured and broadcast with the same technical care as the gala, provided graduates and their families with an unforgettable memory of this pivotal moment in their lives.
