A golf day ending with a grand evening under the marquee
On the occasion of Canac’s 2025 Golf Day, held at the Club de Golf Waterloo, we had the privilege of transforming a marquee into a festive and immersive space worthy of the event.
From the moment guests stepped into the tent, we wanted to immerse everyone in a dynamic visual atmosphere. With gobo patterns projected onto the ceiling, we created light textures reminiscent of nature, adding depth to the space. At the same time, projections of the Canac logo reinforced the brand’s presence throughout the evening.

A stage worthy of a grand show
We set up a central stage equipped with our brand-new 2.9 mm LED panels. This was their very first official outing, and they delivered stunningly sharp visuals, including the 2025 Golf Day theme and Canac’s 150th anniversary logo.
The highlight of the evening was without a doubt the arrival of the grand door prize: an ATV. It made its appearance in spectacular fashion, accompanied by a synchronized display of lighting, music, and video, creating a moment of surprise and excitement in the room.
A warm and festive dinner
We also enhanced the dining area to ensure guests could fully enjoy a convivial moment. The elegantly dressed and well-arranged tables, paired with soft lighting and a tailored soundscape, transformed the dinner into a true sensory experience.
To cap off the day, a fireworks display lit up the sky. We provided the synchronized music playback, allowing guests to experience this grand finale in perfect harmony between sound and visual spectacle.
